Terms of Service

1. Definitions

Platform: The website and mobile application operated by Gravis.

User: A natural person who registers with the Platform and benefits from the services.

Task: Activities such as market research, surveys, photo capture, video recording, barcode scanning, and similar activities offered for users to complete via the Platform.

GCoin: A virtual point unit exclusive to the Platform. It has no monetary value and is used only within the Platform.

2. Membership Conditions

To become a member of the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and reside within the borders of the Republic of Turkey. You undertake that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. In the event of providing false or misleading information, the Company reserves the right to suspend or close your account.

Each user may only create one account. All accounts and accumulated GCoin balances of users found to have created multiple accounts will be cancelled.

Account information is personal and may not be shared with others. You are responsible for the security of your account.

3. Scope of Service

Gravis offers various market research tasks to its users. These tasks may fall into different categories such as location-based field tasks, surveys, product reviews, photo and video tasks, barcode scanning, audio recording, and file uploads. The Company reserves the right to determine and change the content, duration, GCoin value, and conditions of the tasks.

4. GCoin Accumulation and Usage

• GCoin is a virtual point unit awarded to users who successfully complete tasks on the Platform. GCoin has no monetary value, cannot be used outside the platform, and may only be evaluated through various options available in the in-platform marketplace.
• The amount of GCoin earned varies depending on the type, difficulty, and scope of the task.
• The transfer, sale, or assignment of GCoin to third parties is prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to change GCoin values, earning rates, and marketplace contents without prior notice.
• GCoin balances obtained fraudulently, falsely, or in violation of the rules may be cancelled without warning.

5. Task Rules

Users are obliged to comply with the following rules when completing tasks:

• Following task instructions completely and accurately
• Submitting genuine and original information, photos, videos, and audio recordings
• Completing tasks within the specified time limit
• Not copying other users' data or responses
• Not using fake location information
• Not using automated response tools or bots
• Not sharing task content with third parties
• Maintaining confidentiality in mystery shopper tasks

Submissions of users who act in violation of the rules may be rejected, their GCoin balances may be cancelled, and their accounts may be closed.

6. Task Approval Process

Completed tasks are reviewed by the Gravis team. Tasks may be approved, returned for correction, or rejected. For tasks with the auto-approval feature active, approval occurs at the moment of submission. The Company has the final authority in task approval decisions.

7. Marketplace Usage

• Users may evaluate the GCoin they have accumulated through various options available in the marketplace.
• Marketplace requests are reviewed and processed by the Company.
• The Company reserves the right to determine the marketplace contents and variety.
• The terms of use for the delivered products and services are subject to the conditions set by the relevant provider.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, software, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property elements on the Platform belong to Gravis and are protected by relevant legislation. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use Platform content without the Company's written permission.

The rights of use over the content (photos, videos, audio recordings, survey responses, etc.) created by users within the scope of tasks are deemed to have been transferred to Gravis upon the completion and approval of the task. This content may be used in market research reports and client presentations.

9. User Responsibilities

The User is responsible for the security of their Platform account. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages that may arise from the sharing of account information with third parties.

The User accepts and undertakes that they will not use the Platform for purposes that are unlawful or contrary to morality, and that they will not violate the rights and interests of other users.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate a user account in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Use of false or misleading information
• Activities that threaten Platform security
• Use of automated tools or bots
• Use of multiple accounts
• Fraudulent GCoin acquisition

In the event of account termination, the earned GCoin balance, uncompleted tasks, and pending marketplace requests are cancelled.

11. Company Rights and Liability Limits

• The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted and error-free.
• The Company accepts no liability for service interruptions that may occur due to technical maintenance, updates, or force majeure.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice.
• If links to third parties are provided through the Platform, the Company is not responsible for the content of these sites.

12. Account Closure

The User may request the closure of their account at any time. With the account closure process, the user's accumulated GCoin balance, uncompleted tasks, and pending marketplace requests are cancelled.

13. Changes to the Agreement

The Company has the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the Platform. Users are notified of significant changes through the Platform or via email. Continuing to use the Platform after the changes means that you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul (Anatolian Side) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Terms.
